Nevėžis Signed American Scorer Lamb Autrey
The Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) team Nevėžis-Optibet has strengthened its roster with an experienced American player. The club officially announced that it has reached an agreement with 34-year-old scoring guard Lamb Autrey, who last played in the Czech League. This move aims to add scoring power and on-court leadership to Nevėžis' guard rotation.
Standing at 1.91 meters, Lamb Autrey spent last season with BK Děčín in the Czech Republic, delivering a performance that drew attention with his statistics. The experienced player recorded versatile averages of 16.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game in the Czech League, making him his team's most important offensive weapon. In the Alpe Adria Cup, where they also competed, Autrey elevated his performance with averages of 18.2 points and 6.2 assists.
Besides his scoring identity, Lamb Autrey stands out for his playmaking skills and rebounding contribution, and his transfer is seen as a strategic move for Nevėžis.
